Users, email addresses & SMS

Every plan includes a number of user accounts that are able to make changes to your website. This means that up to this number of users can at any one time be working on different areas of your business.

Every plan includes a number of email accounts (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). We support both POP and IMAP. Each email mailbox has a 100Mb disk space limit and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message. You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer inquires or shops on your website, free of charge. You can manage and customize these to suit your needs.

Every plan includes a number of SMS (text message) notifications. You can increase this number by purchasing SMS packs.

Disk space & bandwidth

Every plan comes with generous disk space to host your images, documents, files and downloads. You can use FTP or our integrated online File Manager to upload your files. If you need more space, just let us know.

All plans come with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit, but if you do we've got you covered. We'll never take your site down for getting extra traffic.

Email marketing

Each plan comes with the ability to send 10,000 Email newsletters with the ability to track and report customer actions on each one. Additional Email newsletters can be purchased for as little as $0.01 each!

Grade A tech support

Each Spitfire plan comes with tech support. Tech support is given online, via email, in video, and even over the phone. Our support team is located in the United States and provides tech support in English.

Integrated analytics

Each plans comes with our special integrated analytics software. There is no need to purchase or add any other analytics code to your site. Our analytics integrate with every aspect of your site, including your pages, forums, email marketing, website traffic, affiliate campaigns, online store and any other area of your site.

CRM - customer database

Every plan comes with a customer database that can expand to accommodate any number of customers. There is no limit to how big you can grow it.

Create an unlimited amount of content

Unlike some companies, we don't think there should be a limit to how many pages, blogs, forums, images, contact forms or other content that you can have on your site. You can grow your site as big as you need to, or keep it as small as you want. We leave it up to you!

Make more money with our E-Commerce features

Unlike some companies, we don't limit how many products you can sell in your store. You can sell 5 or 5 million, it's all the same price! And we DON'T take a cut of your online sales. Every penny you make is yours to keep. However, your payment gateway or your bank may charge a fee to process your payments.

Use your own domain name

When you become a paying customer you will have the option of using your own domain name instead of the yourdomain.getspitfire.com name that is created when you sign-up.

A quick note about the 30 day trial

Once you've upgraded to a paid plan, you'll be able to: use your own domain name, collect and process online payments and send and receive email. This is to prevent spammers and scammers from abusing the system.
